Books & Shoes
Right away we nicknamed these clients Books & Shoes – an apt (though overly simplistic) summary of their respective careers/passions/expertise.
Dubbed a ‘Mindful Downsize’ from their previous neighborhood home where they raised two children, Books & Shoes embarked on their remodel journey ready to simplify in a meaningful way. They found a condo that checked all the boxes: close to work, on a public transportation line, accessible, and with a strong community presence.
We worked closely to reimagine every space and surface, to support and reflect their character and lifestyle. The result is a curated home, simple yet thoughtful, soft but with statement. And yes, with many storage opportunities for both books and shoes.
